Venture Out #352 Amberjack Dr. W/Golf Cart

As in the subject line, the unit was absolutely disgusting when we arrived (e.g. Floors were sticky as if some spilled multiple drinks on the floor in the kitchen an living room and didnt bother wiping it up, the toilets were horrendous, one being used prior to our arrival and not even flushed). Our check-in time was 3:00pm and was not able to check-in until 9:30pm because of this disaster. Not to mention, as part of our "amenities", we were supposed to have a washing machine, which we did, but it didn't work and the owner knew this prior to our arrival. The owner never bothered to reimburse us for the money we had to spend washing clothes for the 8 days we stayed there nor tried to compensate us for the lost time we had waiting for the unit to be cleaned.
